These are sounds extracted from the excellent movie adaptation of David Mamet's play, Glengarry Glen Ross. If you are used to the goofy Simpsons sound package, be prepared for a different spin on things as Ed Harris, Al Pacino, Kevin Spacey, Alec Baldwin, and Jack Lemmon spew various degrees of profanity as you happily shoot asteroids. I compiled these sounds about a year ago using cables led from my laserdisc player to my PowerBook 165, so the sounds aren't of the greatest quality. Hey, it's just a bunch of guys screaming things that would turn your mother's ears red anyway.
It didn't occur to me until recently that there might be some other GGR fans out there who might get a kick out of these sounds, so I apologize for the delay in sending this out.
To use, back up your Maelstrom Sounds file and replace it with the one included in this archive. Make sure to have the sound turned down low the first time you use the file, unless those around you are used to incredible levels of profanity spilling from your computer speakers.
